The Ostium Podcast began as an idea around the fall of 2015 when Alex C. Telander started chatting with Chris Fletcher about an idea for a podcast. A little over a year later, the recording for the final episode of Season 1 was completed. The Ostium Podcast debuted on January 1st, 2017.

Ostium is a very special place deeply hidden within Northern California. One day Jake Fisher discovers the small walled town of Ostium while playing a game of GeoGuessr. Eventually, he finds the towns and finds many, many doors, each one leading to a strange and unique place.
